We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager with an advertising or marketing communications agency background to manage client relationships, drive account growth, identify new business opportunities, ensure excellent service delivery, and contribute to client retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage all client communications.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into effective marketing and communication solutions.
  • Develop account growth strategies by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, campaign briefs, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with the creative, strategy, digital, media, production, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for clients and the agency.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client briefs, approvals, contracts, and project records.
  • Prepare periodic account performance and revenue reports for management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Client Service, Account Management, or Business Development within an advertising, marketing communications, branding, media, or creative agency.
  • Proven experience managing corporate accounts and delivering integrated marketing communication projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to retain clients, grow accounts, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, media, public relations, and experiential marketing.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/project management tools is an added advantage.
