Job summary
We are seeking to hire a Client Service Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the team that is responsible for working with Brands, Network, and other content providers to ensure the acquisition of content to meet our customer needs.
- Develop, monitor, and coordinate services to our Clients within their funding arrangements.
- Support Clients with judgment and decision-making.
Requirements:
- 4 -10 years of working experience.
- BSC or HND Degree holder.
- Take initiative and be self-directed.
- keep abreast of any policy changes and their implications to both the organisation and Clients.
- Understand the goals of the Organisation and implement them in the Client Service Manager role.
- Respond flexibly and explore creative ways to meet the Client’s individual support needs.
