Client Service Executive
Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Client Service Executive (Experiential Marketing Agency) who understands the fast-paced world of experiential marketing and brand activations. The ideal candidate has managed marketing campaigns for corporate brands, understands agency operations, and can confidently translate client briefs into winning campaign proposals.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
- Receive, interpret, and communicate client briefs to internal teams.
- Lead campaign planning from briefing through execution.
- Develop timelines, status reports, and project updates.
- Coordinate closely with Creative, Strategy, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
- Participate in pitch preparation and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Resolve client concerns professionally while protecting agency interests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Client Service or Account Management within an experiential marketing, activation, BTL, events, or integrated marketing communications agency.
- Demonstrable experience managing brand activations and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to interpret client briefs and convert them into actionable internal plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Preferred Requirements: Experience working on campaigns for FMCG, telecommunications, financial services, beverages, or other major consumer brands will be an added advantage.
