Client Service and Art Relations Associate

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from inquiry to installation. 
• Provide exceptional customer support, responding promptly and thoughtfully to client needs and inquiries.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and a deep appreciation for artistic expression.
• Guide clients in selecting or commissioning art pieces that align with their personality, space, and vision.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. 
• Manage and grow social media presence, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community interaction.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of art concepts, styles, and cultural influences 
• Support business operations including client follow-ups, order tracking, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3-5years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, and client relations
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong enthusiasm for art and creativity, with a basic understanding of art styles and cultural influences.
• Proven ability in customer service, client engagement, or relationship management.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of business operations, especially in a creative or service-based environment.
• High emotional intelligence and attention to detail. Organized, proactive, and adaptable.

Remuneration: NGN  250,000-300,000
