Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Build strong client relationships
Drive sales in luxury retail.
Marketing and sales of all company products to both new and existing clients while ensuring brand standards are upheld.
Visit clients regularly to introduce new products and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Maintain up-to-date records of customers’ sales and purchase history to personalize future engagements.
Receive payments from clients and deliver them promptly to the Accountant for proper recording and accountability.
Coordinate with other marketing officers in the company to ensure alignment in sales strategies and execution.

Requirements:

Degree in Business/Marketing or related field
1–3 years’ sales or client service experience (luxury retail is a plus)
Excellent communication & organizational skills
