Role Description

This full-time hybrid position, Nationwide, allows for a combination of working on-site and some flexibility to work from home. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The role involves onboarding new clients, providing support to existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling investments plans, and acting as a professional manager between clients and the company. The candidate will also ensure excellent service delivery, manage client portfolios, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Problem-solving abilities and excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in customer service and client management
• Understanding of Investment & Risk management ideas and services, with knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market as a plus
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a client-facing or relationship management role is beneficial
