We are seeking a customer-focused, and professional Client Relations Officer to manage client interactions and ensure an exceptional customer experience within our beauty studio.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
  • Maintain accurate client records, appointment schedules, and service histories
  • Follow up with clients after appointments to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Promote studio services, beauty packages, products, and special offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate with beauty therapists, hairstylists, makeup artists, and other studio staff to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and recommend improvements to management
  • Assist with front desk operations, payment processing, and administrative tasks when required
  • Support marketing and client engagement activities to increase customer retention


Requirements:

  • Minimum OND in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, client relations, or hospitality roles
  • Experience in a beauty salon, spa, wellness center, or beauty studio is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems
