Job summary
We are seeking a customer-focused, and professional Client Relations Officer to manage client interactions and ensure an exceptional customer experience within our beauty studio.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
- Maintain accurate client records, appointment schedules, and service histories
- Follow up with clients after appointments to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
- Promote studio services, beauty packages, products, and special offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Coordinate with beauty therapists, hairstylists, makeup artists, and other studio staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and recommend improvements to management
- Assist with front desk operations, payment processing, and administrative tasks when required
- Support marketing and client engagement activities to increase customer retention
Requirements:
- Minimum OND in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, client relations, or hospitality roles
- Experience in a beauty salon, spa, wellness center, or beauty studio is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems
