Client Relations Lead
Job summary
We are hiring a results-driven Client Relations Officer to manage real estate inquiries, follow up on leads, coordinate inspections, and convert prospects into property buyers. The ideal candidate must be proactive, persuasive, and focused on closing deals.

Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to property inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
- Follow up aggressively on all leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Schedule and coordinate site inspections and property viewings
- Guide clients through the buying process (inspection → negotiation → payment → documentation)
- Maintain consistent communication to convert prospects into buyers
- Keep accurate records of leads, site visits, and client feedback
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates
- Handle objections, negotiate, and push deals to closure
- Ensure excellent client experience to drive referrals and repeat business
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in real estate, sales, or client relations
- Strong ability to follow up, convince, and close deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the property sales process and client handling
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets
Key KPIs:
- Number of site inspections scheduled weekly
- Inspection-to-payment conversion rate
- Lead response time and follow-up consistency
- Number of closed deals
- Client satisfaction and referrals
Remuneration: NGN 150 + commission
on closed deals
