We are seeking a polite ,patient,and customer focused Customer Relations Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent services delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and supporting business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional sales services.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for all new clients
- Persuade customers to reconsider the continuity and increment of their patronage of the company.
- Regularly interacting with the client through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
- Investigate and solve customer problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by the Client Relations Executive.
- Develop a feedback or complaint procedure for customer use.
- Improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Drafting of relevant correspondence documents to communicate the company position on any transaction concerning new or existing clients.
Requirements:
- Degree
- 2 years' experience
