Job summary

Vala Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Administrative Executive to support daily operations within our real estate firm. The role involves managing client communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient administrative processes while delivering a high standard of service.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Participate in client meetings relating to the company’s business operations and property offerings.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of client information, property listings, and all relevant documentation.
  • Manage communication channels effectively, ensuring timely responses via email and phone.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, property inspections, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with property listings and client outreach.


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to learn independently and work with little or no supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Strong discipline with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
  • Must be articulate, confident, and fluent in communication.
  • Willingness to handle virtual, video, and physical presentations.
  • Ability to respond to inquiries promptly and provide timely feedback.
  • Must be proficient in basic administrative and client management tasks.
