Job summary
The Client Management Associate is responsible for supporting the Client Management function by managing day-to-day client interactions, assisting with service delivery, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Management Senior Associate in overseeing client lifecycle and communication.
- Assist in managing client invoicing, payments, and queries.
- Help communicate client expectations and ensure they are met.
- Support coordination with internal teams (Production, Distribution, Operations) on deliverables.
- Aid in tracking deliverables and timelines.
- Assist in post-event follow-ups on feedback.
- Escalate issues to the Head Access Operations & Services as needed.
- Assist the production team as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 2 years of previous work experience in a similar role
