Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, entertainment, events, and brand sectors
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and digital channels
- Pitch Sirhills’ services (film production, cinematography, content creation, etc.) to prospective clients
- Convert prospects into paying clients and manage the onboarding process
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Serve as a key point of contact for client needs, feedback, and upselling opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Revenue Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and service packages
- Monitor industry trends to inform growth strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
