Responsibilities:
- Fully engaged in client relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Preparation of quarterly client satisfaction surveys, bidding, MOUs, and data analysis.
- Client survey satisfaction
Requirements:
- HND or Degree holder in any field
- Skilful in the use of MS Word, basic knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Kaduna environment to a great extent
Great interpersonal relationship skills
Versatile in Internet
zoom and WhatsApp and other social media services
Very good command of English
Good sense of dressing
Speaks and understand Hausa fluently
Good time management and can work under pressure
Biddings preparation abilities
