Responsibilities:

Manage enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads
Support digital marketing and social media engagement
Maintain customer records and deliver an excellent client experience

Requirements:

Experience in customer service, sales and digital marketing
Strong communication, persuasion and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business and CRM tools
A proactive, organised and results-driven attitude
