Responsibilities:
- Identify companies currently hiring across various industries.
- Prospect HR Managers, Founders, CEOs, and hiring decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
- Present Worklyn Global's recruitment solutions professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Achieve agreed monthly client acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional emails.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Marketing, or Recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
