Client Account Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a seasoned Client Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with clients across Owerri and the Eastern Region. This strategic role combines account management, client relationship leadership, and revenue growth. You will serve as the key liaison between the company and our legal and corporate clients, oversee key accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Follow up on client renewals, payments, and subscription cycles to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts in your region
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to users
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within accounts
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, support, product) to address client feedback and issues
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of account management experience, preferably in legal tech or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management
- Familiarity with legal industry practices or SaaS products is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Good presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Must be a resident in or have strong familiarity with Enugu and/or Imo States
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office tools.
