Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues
- Source for prospective clients for the organization
- Submit reports to the Business manager on all activities
- Co-ordinate and assist in any emergencies and reviewing and processing incident reports
- Support and implement new policies and procedures
- Support in mobilizing new sites
Requirements:
- Must have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals
- Minimum of OND qualification level
- Minimum of two years experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong management skillsÂ
