Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of trash appropriately.
- Replenish cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue paper, and sanitizers.
- Clean windows, doors, furniture, and other fixtures as required.
- Ensure floors are free from hazards and spills.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures.
- Perform any other cleaning-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification.
- Previous cleaning experience is an added advantage.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, and dependable.
