LIVE IN HOUSEKEEPER

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors, surfaces, and work areas.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, equipment, and office spaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, washrooms, and other sanitary facilities.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables as required.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, and partitions.
• Maintain cleanliness in reception areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning assignments and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Primary School Certificate or SSCE qualification.
• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
