Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of the workplace
Assisting in rendering administrative support in the firm.
Ensuring that the office and all equipment are neat and tidy.
Ensuring the general cleanliness and basic ‘housekeeping’ roles of the entire office areas including:
Sweeping and mopping the floors.
Disposing dirt inside the waste basket and dustbin daily
Using cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees (twice weekly).
Dusting furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
Cleaning and servicing restrooms with mops and disinfectants (twice weekly).
Identifying and reporting possible repairs.
Supporting in movement of heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Washing kitchen utensils and make sure the kitchen surface is always neat, clean and dry
Ensuring no plates, cups or utensils are left over the night in the kitchen sink.
Cutting and trimming the flowers in front of the premises
Sweeping the office and the compound
Wet-wiping and polishing all high-level shelves.
Wet-wiping window ledges
Maintaining client confidence by keeping client’s/firm’s information strictly confidential.
Maintaining office supplies by checking stocks; placing and expediting orders; evaluating new products.
Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs.
Any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
Qualification: SSCE OR OND
