Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with structural and safety standards
Interpret and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Perform structural analysis and provide technical guidance on design and execution
Monitor project timelines, costs, and resource allocation
Identify and resolve on-site engineering challenges proactively
Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders
Ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
Relevant certifications, licenses, and extensive practical experience may be considered in place of formal academic qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction, civil, or structural engineering
Proven experience working on real estate development or large-scale construction projects
Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and construction methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
High level of professionalism and accountability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of projects
Willingness to resume immediately
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
