JOB DETAILS

A. Graduate Engineer (Civil/Structural)

Ideal for smart, driven, and highly teachable recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing structural design concepts and preliminary calculations.
• Support drafting and technical documentation (AutoCAD/Revit).
• Participate in supervised site visits and inspections.
• Assist with reports, submissions, and project documentation.
• Engage in structured training on design software (ProtaStructure, STAAD, Revit, etc.).

Requirements

• B.Sc/B.Eng in Civil or Structural Engineering (Minimum 2:1).
• NYSC completed (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of structural design principles.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.

B. Project Engineer (Civil/Structural)

Ideal for engineers with hands-on design experience who are ready to manage projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and detailed design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Manage engineering tasks on small–medium scale projects.
• Coordinate with architects, BIM/CAD teams, contractors, and senior engineers.
• Prepare design reports, calculations, and documentation.
• Conduct supervised site inspections and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Improve capability in structural software (ProtaStructure, Robot, Tekla, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit).

Requirements

• B.Sc/B.Eng (Minimum 2:1) in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• 2–3 years post-NYSC structural design experience.
• Strong background in structural analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and major structural design software.
• Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Organized and able to deliver within deadlines.

C. Senior Engineer (Civil/Structural)

Ideal for experienced design engineers with strong leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and detailed design of concrete and steel structures.
• Oversee design documentation and ensure quality deliverables.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve structural-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to Eurocodes, BS codes, and internal quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior and project engineers.

Requirements

• B.Sc/B.Eng in Civil Engineering.
• COREN registration is mandatory.
• MNSE / MNISTRUCTE is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience.
• Proficiency in ProtaStructure, Autodesk Robot, or equivalent structural design software.
• Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and modern design practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
