Responsibilities:
- Project planning and design

- Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and construction documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (a Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven work experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
- Must be COREN registered or in the process of registration.
- Strong knowledge of design and visualisation software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and site supervision.
- Proficient in interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and contractors on-site.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and time management.
Ability to analyze plans
design and perform structural analysis
and create accurate drawings
Skill in using specialized design and drafting software like AutoCAD
Civil 3D
and Microstation
Knowledge of surveying and experience in performing site layouts
grades
and elevations
Understanding of building codes
safety regulations
and other relevant legislation to ensure project compliance
Familiarity with construction methods
materials
and health and safety standards.
Ability to develop detailed project plans
