Job summary
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and supervision of construction projects, m ensuring delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves managing site operations and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design & Planning: Create detailed blueprints and structural designs using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Site Assessment: Analyze survey reports, maps, soil conditions, and environmental impacts to determine project feasibility.
- Project Management: Prepare cost estimates, define budgets, and establish timelines for material, equipment, and labor.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Project Oversight: Inspect project sites to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with blueprints.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, government officials, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- COREN certifications are required.
- A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in construction project execution.
- Strong project execution skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
