Ensure structures are designed and constructed to withstand required loads and environmental conditions.
Maintain safe construction sites and ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
Manage project costs and monitor expenditures within approved budget constraints.
Prepare and generate project progress reports, site reports, and technical documentation throughout project execution.
Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and cost-effective procurement.
Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure satisfactory delivery of design elements and project objectives.
Ensure compliance with local and international engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
