Job summary
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee the planning, design, execution, and supervision of construction and infrastructure projects in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved specifications and regulatory requirements.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate civil engineering and construction projects from inception to completion
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and project assessments
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, designs, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve technical issues on-site
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
- Review contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Assist in procurement planning and material verification
- Support project planning, risk management, and cost control initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven years of relevant construction and site supervision experience
- COREN registration is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and civil engineering principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or related engineering software
- Excellent project management and site coordination skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
