We are hiring a City Manager ( Enugu) to drive store performance and operational excellence across your assigned city. You will run on-ground execution, fix compliance gaps, and improve KPIs like acceptance rate, prep time, cancellations, availability, and device uptime.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stores for operational escalations within the assigned city
  • Drive store operations performance by owning key KPIs (acceptance rate, prep time, cancellations, availability, device uptime, etc.)
  • Identify non-compliant stores, resolve underlying operational issues, and provide hands-on support
  • Conduct regular store visits to investigate issues and ensure compliance
  • Educate store teams on best practices, SOPs, and operational standards
  • Organise and facilitate retraining sessions when needed
  • Inspect store online setups (tablets, connectivity, app usage)
  • Work closely with internal teams (Support, Tech, Supply) to resolve store issues
  • Provide structured field reports and insights to improve tools, processes, and store experience
  • Maintain accurate records of store visits, interventions, and device swaps


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in field operations, retail operations, store performance, or last-mile operations
  • Strong on-ground execution ability and comfort working directly with frontline teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Comfort working with targets, metrics, and operational reporting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to enforce standards respectfully
  • Willingness to be highly field-based with frequent movement in-city

  • Store performance improves week-on-week across key KPIs
  • Operational compliance increases, and recurring issues reduce
  • Store escalations are resolved quickly with clear root-cause fixes
  • Store teams adopt SOPs and operate consistently

Reporting line: Supply Ops Lead (Field-based in Nigeria with high on-ground execution expectations.)
