Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stores for operational escalations within the assigned city
- Drive store operations performance by owning key KPIs (acceptance rate, prep time, cancellations, availability, device uptime, etc.)
- Identify non-compliant stores, resolve underlying operational issues, and provide hands-on support
- Conduct regular store visits to investigate issues and ensure compliance
- Educate store teams on best practices, SOPs, and operational standards
- Organise and facilitate retraining sessions when needed
- Inspect store online setups (tablets, connectivity, app usage)
- Work closely with internal teams (Support, Tech, Supply) to resolve store issues
- Provide structured field reports and insights to improve tools, processes, and store experience
- Maintain accurate records of store visits, interventions, and device swaps
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in field operations, retail operations, store performance, or last-mile operations
- Strong on-ground execution ability and comfort working directly with frontline teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfort working with targets, metrics, and operational reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to enforce standards respectfully
- Willingness to be highly field-based with frequent movement in-city
