Responsibilities:

Plan and shoot property walkthroughs, drone footage, and lifestyle videos for ongoing and completed developments
Operate cameras, lighting, gimbals, and drones to capture high-quality footage on-site
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to align video content with campaigns, listings, and the content calendar
Scout and assess locations for optimal lighting and framing ahead of shoots
Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, website, and ad placements (or coordinate handoff to an editor)
Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and drone equipment
Ensure all footage meets brand quality standards before release
Stay current with video trends relevant to real estate marketing (reels, walkthroughs, time-lapses)
Diploma or degree in Film, Mass Communication, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience) 1–3 years of cinematography experience, ideally with real estate, property, or architectural content Proficiency with professional camera equipment, gimbals, and drone operation (drone license/certification is a plus) Working knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) is an advantage Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling Ability to work on-site across multiple Lagos locations as shoots require Portfolio or reel showcasing prior work required
