Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chinese Translator for a full-time, on-site position based in Nasarawa. The Translator will aid in real-time interpretation during meetings, events, and communications with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include proofreading translated materials and collaborating with various teams to bridge language gaps effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Chinese and English, with strong translation and interpretation skills.
• Attention to detail in proofreading and ensuring cultural relevance in translations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with mining, metals, or energy industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Adaptability to work in a professional, on-site environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
