We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead and shape our technology strategy. The CTO will drive innovation, oversee all technical aspects of the company, and ensure our technology aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Evaluate and implement new systems, tools, and technologies to enhance operations and innovation.
- Oversee software development, infrastructure, and IT operations, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to make informed business and technology decisions.
- Establish policies, procedures, and best practices for technology management and governance.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies that can drive competitive advantage.
- Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security regulations, and data protection policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3 years + proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology executive.
- Strong background in software development, systems architecture, and IT operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, AI, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends.
Renumeration: NGN 500,000 (Non-negotiable)
