- Service Standards: Develop service standards and ensure conformity across the group
- E-channels Operations: Oversee the operational functionality of the e-channels across the group, including POS terminals.
- Core Banking Application Migration
- Digital Platforms Operations
- Training: Be involved in the training of Operations staff.
