Job Summary
As COO, you’ll work directly with the CEO to oversee daily operations across all Raremagic brands. Your role is to turn vision into structure, ensuring that every department (Media, Academy, Backdrops, and Tech) runs efficiently, profitably, and in perfect alignment with our mission.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead managers, design systems, measure performance, and ensure flawless delivery across the group.
- Oversee company-wide operations, finance, HR, and performance systems.
- Build and maintain operational structures, SOPs, and team accountability processes.
- Manage and mentor brand leads — Head of Media, Head of Creator/IP, and Shared Services teams.
- Track company KPIs (sales, customer satisfaction, productivity) and report to the CEO.
- Optimize resource allocation across divisions (Weddings, Studios, Academy, Backdrops, Fotosut).
- Implement scalable systems that improve efficiency, delivery, and team collaboration.
- Drive execution of the company’s annual strategy and 12-month growth roadmap.
- Represent the CEO when needed and ensure Raremagic’s values are upheld across teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and management abilities.
- Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term strategies.
- Experience with budgets, financial performance reports, and working with finance executives.
