Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and structures that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Translate the Founder’s strategic vision into clear operational plans and measurable actions.
- Monitor performance across business units and ensure targets are achieved.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish accountability across teams and ensure responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Ensure that business activities are executed to the required standard and within agreed timelines.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive professional
experience as a COO, Operations Director, General Manager, or similar senior
leadership position.
- Demonstrable experience managing people,
processes, and multiple business functions, while improving operational
efficiency, revenue, and business performance.
- Strong experience in building strategy,
execution, and business development.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial and commercial understanding
