Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor organizational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with executive management to achieve strategic goals and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads and management staff.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5–15 years of progressive management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and business performance.
