Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Strategic & Executive Support:

  • Work closely with the CEO/Founder to drive strategic initiatives and business priorities
  • Coordinate internal operations and ensure alignment across departments
  • Track key projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure execution excellence
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, clients, and internal teams


Event Planning & Execution:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events (corporate, social, experiential)
  • Oversee event concept development, design, and production
  • Ensure all event elements (venue, décor, lighting, logistics) align with client's vision
  • Manage on-site event coordination to ensure seamless delivery


Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs and translate them into creative event experiences
  • Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction


Vendor & Logistics Management:

  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (venues, decorators, production teams, etc.)
  • Oversee contracts, budgets, and procurement processes
  • Ensure timely delivery of all event materials and services


Operations & Team Coordination:

  • Supervise and coordinate event teams and freelancers
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure quality control and consistency across all events


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6+ years experience in event management or a similar role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience working with vendors and managing budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Leadership and decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail and execution excellence
  • Time management and multitasking
