Job summary
Our client is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic operator and execution partner to the CEO. You will be responsible for translating the CEO’s vision into disciplined actions, driving execution across the organisation, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring priorities become results.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & Prioritization:
- Translate the CEO’s priorities into clear daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual execution roadmaps with clear owners, milestones, and outcomes
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Support expansion into new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Monitor progress on key initiatives and proactively surface risks, blockers, and trade-offs
Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Act as a central point of coordination across senior leadership and key functions
- Drive alignment on priorities, decision rights, and execution timelines to focus on high-priority
- impact work
- Prepare leadership materials, briefings, and recommendations for the Executive Office,
- Investors and Board discussions
- Coordinate across departments to eliminate silos and improve the speed of delivery
Executive Office Management:
- Serve as a confidential sounding board and gatekeeper for the CEO
- Optimize the CEO’s time, focus, and decision-making by filtering, structuring, and
- synthesizing information
- Ensure follow-through on key decisions and action items; tracking leadership decisions,
- ensure accountability and closure
- Improve internal communication, documentation, and organizational clarity
Governance, Risk & Financial Oversight:
- Design and run effective operating check-ins (OKRs, weekly exec meetings, quarterly
- planning, etc.)
- Support contract review processes and high-level negotiations with key stakeholders
- Monitor major deal execution (venues, artists, sponsors, agencies) and ensure contract fulfilment
- Partner with Finance to ensure margin protection and cost discipline
- Ensure risk management frameworks are respected
Special Projects:
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives critical to company performance
- Conduct research and scenario analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions Develop business cases, proposals, investment guidelines for new initiatives, and

- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 7–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment, or senior business roles
- Experience in entertainment, media, live events, hospitality, or large-scale production is a strong advantage
- Proven experience working closely with C-level executives or founders
- Proven ability to operate in high-growth, high-pressure environments
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
- Comfortable with ambiguity, multi-faceted environments, and shifting priorities
- Exceptional organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
