We are seeking a highly strategic, solution-oriented, organized, and operationally excellent Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to the CEO and the executive leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving organizational alignment, managing high-impact initiatives, and ensuring the executive office functions with precision and purpose.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO to define, prioritise, and drive strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Prepare strategic briefs, business cases, and executive summaries for decision-making.
  • Manage the CEO’s priorities, ensuring time is spent on the highest-impact activities.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership off-sites.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulators.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and communications when required.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Lead or support change management efforts during periods of transformation or growth.
  • Develop frameworks and playbooks for repeatable success across strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure accountability and follow-through on key decisions and action items.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee special projects and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor key business metrics and provide regular performance updates to the executive team.
  • Foster alignment and collaboration across leadership and functional teams.
  • Support internal communications and ensure consistent messaging from the executive office.
  • Champion organizational culture and values, working closely with People & Culture teams.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze business performance data and synthesize insights for executive reporting. 


 

 Core Duties

  • Drive strategic alignment across departments by ensuring clarity of goals, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Facilitate executive decision-making by preparing data-driven reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
  • Manage the rhythm of the business, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and performance reviews.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and filter for the CEO’s time, ensuring focus on high-impact activities.
  • Support crisis management and issue resolution, providing structure and clarity during high-pressure situations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings, decisions, and strategic discussions.
  • Develop and maintain internal communication frameworks to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support talent development and succession planning in collaboration with HR and leadership.
  • Oversee special projects and strategic experiments, from ideation to execution and evaluation.
  • Continuously improving operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions.


 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or executive support roles with a background in management consulting and core strategy
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive situations
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g, Microsoft Office)
