Job Role:
The CEO of the Company will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of hospitals under management. The CEO will ensure clinical excellence, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership
- Develop and execute the long-term strategic plan for the hospital management company.
- Identify growth opportunities, including new hospital management contracts, partnerships, and expansions.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation in healthcare delivery.
- Position the company as a leading hospital management platform in the region.
2. Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of hospitals under management.
- Ensure efficient clinical and administrative systems across facilities.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical and non-clinical operations.

- Drive revenue growth and profitability of managed hospitals.

- Secure new hospital management contracts.

- Build and lead a high-performing management team.

8. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical ethics, and corporate governance standards.
- Provide regular performance reports to the board of directors.

Qualifications
- Medical degree, MBA, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 15+ years experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, or healthcare consulting.
- Proven leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare organizations.
