Job summary

Zigma Wave Limited is seeking a driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Growth Co-Founder to take ownership of the company’s marketing, sales, and market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen market presence, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company's revenue goals.
  • Build and manage lead generation systems that consistently attract qualified prospects.
  • Design and optimize the sales funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships and enterprise clients.
  • Drive demand generation through digital marketing, outbound strategies, and content marketing.
  • Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance metrics such as leads, conversions, CAC, and revenue contribution.
  • Lead initiatives that increase brand visibility, market share, and product adoption.
  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with product and business objectives.
  • Experiment with new growth channels, campaigns, and acquisition strategies.
  • Establish systems and processes that create sustainable and scalable revenue growth.
  • Set up an efficient marketing & sales team.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or digital services company.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, sales funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience managing B2B marketing and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and execution-focused.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.



Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with software development companies or technology startups.
  • Existing network within the business, healthcare, hospitality, or education sectors.
  • Experience building marketing systems from the ground up.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate like a co-founder.
