The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for leading the company’s marketing and sales operations to drive massive land sales, increase brand visibility, attract investors, supervise marketing teams, and position the company as a dominant real estate brand within Abuja and beyond.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute aggressive marketing strategies that generate qualified land buyers and investors.
- Lead, supervise, train, and monitor marketing managers and sales executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across all company estates.
- Create systems that increase site inspections, customer engagement, and deal closures.
- Build strategic partnerships with cooperatives, associations, civil servants, business owners, religious bodies, and investment groups.
- Coordinate both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior within Abuja real estate markets.
- Oversee branding, advertising, social media promotions, and public relations.
- Ensure strong follow-up systems for prospects and clients.
- Develop high-converting sales scripts, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Organize property presentations, road shows, exhibitions, and inspection events.
- Submit periodic sales and marketing performance reports to management.
- Ensure marketers maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability.
- Collaborate with management to improve pricing strategies, payment plans, and customer acquisition systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
