Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development strategies aligned with vision and revenue objectives.
- Lead brand positioning initiatives across luxury, mid-market, and affordable housing segments.
- Drive customer acquisition strategies for master-planned estates and new developments.
- Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity identification for strategic expansion.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, DFIs, and international real estate partners.
- Lead negotiations for strategic alliances, land acquisition partnerships, and co-development agreements.
- Explore and develop new revenue streams, including property management, construction services, and real estate technology solutions.
- Drive revenue diversification through innovative business models, including expansion and new investment products.
- Identify and penetrate new geographic markets across Nigeria and potential regional opportunities.
- Develop market entry strategies for new demographic segments and customer categories.
- Establish strategic distribution channels and sales partnerships to accelerate market reach.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including website optimisation, e-commerce platforms, and virtual property solutions.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and emerging platforms.
- Implement marketing automation, CRM integration, and business intelligence systems.
- Drive innovation in property marketing through virtual tours, AR tools, and digital engagement solutions.
- Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys from awareness to post-purchase engagement.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies for HNWIs, institutional buyers, and retail investors.
- Establish stakeholder engagement programmes for government relations, community partnerships, and industry associations.
- Create referral and customer advocacy programmes to drive organic growth.
- Manage integrated marketing communications across traditional and digital channels.
- Oversee property launches, investor presentations, and high-impact engagement events.
- Coordinate conferences, trade shows, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead content marketing strategies, including insights, market intelligence, and educational materials.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes, and real estate market dynamics.
- Produce strategic recommendations and intelligence reports to support expansion decisions.
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure marketing ROI and business development performance.
- Lead and develop integrated marketing and business development teams.
- Foster a high-performance, innovative, and growth-oriented culture.
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, finance, and executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, or commercial leadership
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or executive marketing role, preferably within real estate, construction, or investment-driven sectors
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, brand expansion, and market penetration
- Strong experience in strategic partnerships, investor engagement, and commercial negotiations
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, data analytics, and growth marketing strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate at board and executive level
