Role Description
As the Chief Information Officer, you will oversee and direct the bank’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role, based in Lagos State, Nigeria, involves leading IT operations, managing technology infrastructure, and driving innovative solutions to support business processes. The CIO will also collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline operational efficiency, manage risks, and enhance overall digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Information Technology and IT Operations
- Proven experience in IT Management and developing IT Strategy
- Ability to optimize Business Processes through technology-driven solutions
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in regulatory compliance in the financial sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Extensive experience leading IT teams and driving digital transformation initiatives in a corporate environment
