Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audits
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (FIRS, VAT, PAYE, etc.)
- Drive cost optimization and profitability across operations
- Monitor inventory, supply chain finance, and loss control
- Lead ERP improvements and financial data analytics
- Build and manage a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA) is required
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role
- Strong experience in the FMCG, beverage, or distribution industry
- Solid knowledge of the Nigerian tax and regulatory environment
