Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the organization.
• Oversee the firm’s capital structure, liquidity, and cash flow management to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
• Provide strategic insights and guidance to the CEO and Board on financial performance, risks, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements, including SEC, NGX, and other relevant authorities.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Drive financial strategy for new business lines, capital raising, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, regulators, and external auditors.
• Oversee Finance & Accounting, and collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, and Strategy teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Furthers education is an advantage
• ICAN professional qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience in the Nigerian Financial Markets sector, preferably brokerage and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian capital markets, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• SEC Sponsorship is an added advantage.
• Demonstrable proficiency in preparing financial statements
• Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, capital raising, and managing investor relations.
• Strong Capability with and preference for technology-based information solutions.
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing finance teams.
