Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management, reporting, budgeting, payroll, treasury, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, FIRS/LIRS, CAMA, and IFRS standards.
- Drive investor sourcing, fundraising, negotiations, and investor relations.
- Support strategic planning and business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, ACA/ACCA/CPA.
- 7+ years’ finance experience.
- Leadership, financial modelling, and investor relations expertise.
