The CFO – Nigeria is responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership across all SBUs within Nigeria. The role ensures effective financial management, strong governance, capital efficiency, liquidity management, and risk control while supporting business growth, investment decisions, and sustainable profitability.

Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Direct and coordinate all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and performance management activities in Nigeria.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and working capital.
- Implement effective financial controls and safeguard company assets.
- Oversee FX exposure, price risk management, and financial risk mitigation.
Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, regulators, and advisers.
- Support business unit heads on budgeting, performance tracking, and financial decision-making.
Management Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reports are prepared and submitted to executive management.
Monitoring:
- Monitor preparation of statutory and management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Statutory & Compliance Matter:
- Ensure timely remittance of all statutory obligations, including taxes, pensions, and regulatory filings.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
Requirements:
- MSc
- 10-12 years experience
