Chief Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

Financial Growth & Performance:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with growth targets 
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and margins. 
• Support pricing, expansion, and investment decisions with financial insights. 

Cash Flow & Working Capital:

• Actively manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and business continuity. 
• Optimise receivables, payables, and overall working capital. 
• Implement strategies to accelerate collections and manage obligations. 

Cost Control & Efficiency:

• Enforce budget discipline and cost control measures. 
• Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives. 
• Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions. 

Strategic Decision Support:

• Provide clear, data-driven insights to leadership. 
• Develop financial models and business cases for key initiatives. 
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards 

Risk, Controls & Compliance:

• Implement strong internal controls and governance frameworks. 
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements. 
• Manage audits and mitigate financial and operational risks 

Team Leadership & Capability:

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team 
• Improve systems, reporting accuracy, and turnaround time. 
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
