Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and banking relationships
- Provide financial oversight for real estate and construction projects
- Lead the finance team and manage relationships with investors, auditors, and regulators
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Professional certification, such as ICAN, ACCA, CMA, or CFA
- 8–12 years of progressive financial management experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is required
