Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and business expansion.
• Oversee telecommunications engineering projects, technical service delivery and operational performance.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost control and resource allocation.
• Strengthen internal controls, operational processes and management reporting.
• Build and lead a high-performing workforce.
• Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen client relationships.
• Ensure efficient project execution, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial exposure to telecommunications engineering or technical services and financial/business management.
• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or another relevant discipline.
• An MBA, ACCA qualification and project management certification are required/preferred as stipulated by the hiring organisation.
• Demonstrable experience in senior management, strategic execution, financial oversight and business operations.
• Ability to integrate engineering operations, project delivery, financial discipline and business development.
• Strong leadership presence, analytical ability, commercial awareness, high energy and a results-oriented mindset.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A strong background in telecommunications engineering, infrastructure or technical services.
• Demonstrable competence in financial management, budgeting, cost optimisation and business profitability.
• Proven executive leadership and business management experience.
• A track record of driving business growth, operational efficiency and organisational performance.
• Strong strategic planning, project management and commercial decision-making capabilities.
• The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and deliver results in a demanding business environment.

Remuneration: NGN 2,100,000 Monthly
