Responsibilities:
Strategic & Executive Leadership:
- Define and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with long-term growth and sustainability goals.
- Lead change management initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and market positioning.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven organizational culture.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth with a strong focus on tripling business performance over time.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the real estate and construction market.
- Build strategic partnerships and networks to enhance market presence and brand equity.
Operational & Project Oversight:
- Provide executive oversight of construction and real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.
- Ensure operational efficiency across all business units through optimized processes and systems.
- Apply strong project management principles across all developments.
Financial & Commercial Management:
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, investment decisions, and profitability management.
- Ensure sound financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead high-level negotiations with investors, partners, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Talent & Organizational Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior leadership and teams with at least 20 direct reports.
- Develop talent, succession plans, and leadership capacity across the organization.
- Hold teams accountable for measurable outcomes and performance targets.
Customer & Market Focus:
- Maintain a strong customer-centric approach to service delivery and client relationships.
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium quality and value to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in senior or executive leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing no fewer than 20 direct reports.
- Strong background or working knowledge of construction and real estate development.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, people management, and business operations.
